We were approached to produce a series of videos that troubleshoot concerns older customers are having about using First Direct’s mobile app and phone scams, in order reduce the number of people contacting their call centers for support.

Our approach struck a delicate balance between engagement, education, and accessibility, with a keen awareness of the cognitive abilities of the older target demographic. To achieve this, we crafted scenes that were uncluttered, featuring clear lockups, and seamless motion guiding the viewer's gaze through smooth transitions.
